The 24-hour Crisis Line is a program of Crisis Support Services of Alameda County. Trained crisis intervention counselors are available to receive crisis calls and give supportive counseling 24 hours a day, every day. Translation is available in more than 140 languages. Institute on Aging's 24-hour toll-free Friendship Line is the only accredited crisis line in the country for people aged 60 years and older, and adults living with disabilities. The Friendship Line is both a crisis intervention hotline and a warmline for non-urgent calls. In addition to receiving incoming calls, Friendship Line also offers outreach. The HIV/AIDS Nightline is a program of San Francisco Suicide Prevention. The HIV/AIDS Nightline is a 24/7/365 line for people to discuss issues related to HIV/AIDS, including but not limited to testing HIV positive, later stages of AIDS, isolation, concerns about medications, caregiver fatigue, and HIV risks.

Peer Workforce Supportive Services is a program of San Francisco Suicide Prevention in partnership with Richmond Area Multiservices, Inc (RAMS).
