Primary Behavioral Health Care Initiative

The Primary Behavioral Health Care Initiative (PBHCI) is a joint program of both South of Market Mental Health Services and Tom Waddell Urban Health Center on site at South of Market Mental Health. Services include:
  • Primary care
  • Laboratory, immunizations, screenings and other preventive care services
  • Health education, wellness coaching
  • Social work and care coordination services.
PBHCI providers include a nurse practitioner, medical assistant, pharmacist, medical social worker, three registered nurses and three health workers.
