The Tom Waddell Urgent Care Center is located at 50 Lech Walesa, also known as Ivy Street, in San Francisco. It is a small one-way street between Grove and Hayes. We are in the same building as the Department of Public Health at Polk and Grove but our clinic is only accessible via the entrance on Lech Walesa. Please check a map as it can be confusing. It is approximately one and a half blocks from Market and 9th Street Muni and three blocks from the Civic Center BART Station.
