We work with children who have endured a lot of trauma-divorce, homelessness, death of a parent, domestic violence, and life-threatening illness. We serve kids on the Autism spectrum, as well as kids with ADHD, other brain-based issues and hard to diagnose learning disabilities. This is a team-based approach with parents, teachers, school staff and our therapists. And our interventions are multi-level with therapy for the children and consultation and education to families, the teachers and staff. We are there for all of them for as long as it takes. We work to heal childhood trauma, build healthier families and more supportive school environments. Services are free to the children and families at Glen Park,Grattan and Hillcrest Elementary Schools in San Francisco.
