Hyde Street Community Services

Hyde Street offers two programs to San Francisco residents - the Tenderloin Outpatient Clinic and the Full Service Partnership.

The clinic provides:
  • Risk assessments
  • Comprehensive mental health diagnostic assessments
  • Medication evaluations and treatment (including labwork and primary care linkage)
  • Individual and group therapy
  • Peer counseling
  • Activity groups (including art, yoga, and meditation groups)
  • Harm Reduction groups
  • Case management including support around entitlements, housing, and vocational training
The FSP offers comprehensive wrap-around services for those in need of a high level of mental health service and support. Services offered vary on a case-by-case basis, but may include referral to housing, intensive case management or access to more specialized care. FSP services can be provided both at the clinic and in other locations including residences.

Services are provided in English and Arabic; program provides culturally competent services to the Arabic-speaking population (monolingual and otherwise).
