The Citywide Forensic Program works exclusively with clients involved in the criminal justice system and provides:
- Outreach and crisis intervention (including after-hour coverage for crises)
- Daily support groups
- Daily medication regimens
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy
- Courtroom consultation
- Assessment
- Flexible housing fund
- Vocational rehabilitation through a Supported Employment Program
- Community re-integration
- Intensive Case Management (routine and crisis)
- Carefully monitored psychiatric medication regimens
- Long-term therapeutic relationships with Clinical Case Managers

Program Details
Clients may be referred to Citywide Case Management if they are between the ages of 18 and 59, and have had one of the following:
-An Axis I or Axis II diagnosis of mental illness (excluding adjustment disorders and substance abuse diagnosis without a co-occurring mental illness)
-Two psychiatric hospitalizations within 12 months
-Resided in a rehabilitation or locked facility for 6 months
-Have met eligibility criteria for Jail Psychiatric Services*
