This intensive program trains 10 postgraduate fellows for up to two years during which time they provide clinical services and receive training and supervision from some of the Bay Area's top clinicians. The first, full-time training year can be followed by an optional second, part-time year designed to support fellows through licensure and assist them with their unique career paths. All fellows receive a minimum of three hours of individual supervision per week and participate in a didactic curriculum designed to support their work within the community clinic. Advanced seminars are designed to facilitate the building of clinical thinking and the development of individual clinical voices within the psychoanalytic tradition.

Fellows receive 2,000 hours towards licensure in the first year.
