This 24-hour hotline provides access to and referrals within the Contra Costa County behavioral health system. Callers must have or be eligible for Medi-Cal or other public health coverage in order to access county services, and may use this line as an initial step for enrollment in the Contra Costa Health Plan.Callers will complete an intake assessment on their initial call.Suicide-related and other crisis calls will be forwarded to one of Contra Costa County's two crisis hotlines.
