Project Return Peer Support Network Warm Line

The Project Return Peer Support Network Warm Line serves Los Angeles County residents in need of support, information, and referrals. Callers need not have a mental health diagnosis or be calling with a specific concern in order to speak with a peer supporter. All calls are confidential and toll-free, and anyone can call for any reason.

Out-of-area callers are allowed a one-time courtesy call, after which they are referred to another line or agency that serves their location.

Support and referral services are available in both English and Spanish. Make sure to call the appropriate number for the language needed.

Text messaging support is also available.
Service Area:

Available to callers from any area if it is their first call to this line.
